THE REFORMER

 

Main piece of equipment in Pilates based resistance training

Made up of springs, loops, a gliding carraige and a bar which challenge the body and mind

Resistance is created by the combination of springs, and one’s own body weight

When training on the reformer carriage, you body, arms and legs are in movement which challenges and improves your strength, suppleness, balance, coordination and concentration.
