Susan’s passion for STOTT PILATES® is contagious. Susan combines backgrounds in Martial Arts and competitive sailing to design safe, yet challenging Pilates workouts. She holds six National Sailing Championship Titles and is a 3rd Degree Black Belt. Her experience teaching and coaching equip her to teach the elite athlete along with all levels.

Training and Certifications: STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, Injuries and Special Populations, TRX Certified, STOTT ZEN•GA Instructor (brings Yoga to the Pilates Reformer), AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, and MASTER REIKI practitioner.

Eileen has worked at the VA for 20 years as a physical therapist.  She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy  with an emphasis in manual therapy and orthopedics.  She is an orthopedic certified specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association.

Training and Certifications: Professional Health and Fitness Institute, Certified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor, STOTT Barre Certified Instructor, STOTT Rehab Series, TRX Certified, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Willpower Method and SPIN

She incorporates Pilates concepts into the plan of care for patients with chronic pain and various musculoskeletal conditions.  Eileen continually learns new techniques through various workshops, improving her ability to teach patients and the general public.

Sue has been practicing Pilates since 2002 and became a Barre Practitioner in 2012. When local training opportunities became available, Sue took the plunge journeying from participant to instructor. She is a new instructor at our studio teaching Mat, Barre and Reformer.

Training and Certifications: STOTT Trained, Balanced Body Barre Instructor

She decided to teach Balanced Body Barre because it’s popular, good exercise, and includes movements similar to ballet, allowing participants to achieve that highly desirable ballet body! Her focus is to encourage body awareness that ensures proper technique and a safe, effective workout through mind-body integration. Mindful breathing is an important component to every class, increasing coordination and balance and decreasing stress. Her classes are adjusted to students’ needs, with modifications offered as required. Barre classes are low impact and are geared to all levels. No dance experience required.

Erika brings the benefits of yoga to 4 Seasons Pilates Studio. She is a student at Binghamton University pursuing a major in Spanish. Erika dreams of bringing yoga to Latin-American countries who may not have access to yoga. She is a competitive varsity athlete and active hula hooper.

Training and Certifications: Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Level 1 Reiki Practitioner, 1st degree Black Belt

Erika teaches a multi-level class with attention to any special needs or requests from students. Through her own journey of yoga, she has discovered its many benefits such as increased flexibility and mental calmness to bring peace and joy into her life.
